Online Lab Orders and Results

The electronic lab ordering functionality of the Care360™ Physician Portal provides all of the information required to complete a lab order – specimen type, test selection, diagnosis code and billing information, providing a simple lab ordering process that takes as little as 10-15 seconds.

Complete and accurate requisitions, specimen handling requirements, ABN’s, and specimen labels all print automatically. Orders may be started by any staff member, put on hold, and completed at any time.

Online lab ordering features allow staff to view standing orders, orders on hold, and know if a patient has competed his/her testing. Changes to lab orders may be made electronically, and supplies can be ordered online as well.*

And, you can access results and know the status of available labs, without going to the chart, or calling the lab.

Care360 Physician Portal reduces your dependency on paper charts, the phone and fax machine. Spend less time performing redundant tasks such as manually completing lab requisitions and going to the chart for patient history.

Longitudinal graphs and reports enable an "at a glance" understanding of a patient response to treatment interventions (for example, available labs and meds). Informatics reports can demonstrate practice-wide clinical trends and, facilitate reporting to government and payers.
