KLAS announced that "All Customers Interviewed Would Buy ChartMaxx Again"

On May 12, KLAS issued an alert stating that "All 21 organizations KLAS interviewed using MedPlus ChartMaxx reported that they would purchase the system again if they started fresh. Customers reported that MedPlus provided a combination of above-average product functionality with top-tier support. One customer recently reported, 'MedPlus' main strength, I would have to say, is their customer service. I feel they do a great job of responding to our problem calls....ChartMaxx really makes our lives easier. There is a reduction in paper, and physicians and clinicians have easy access to needed information.'"
Healthcare professionals have also rated ChartMaxx as the top healthcare Document Management and Imaging (DMI) software product, according to the 2010 Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards: Software & Professional Services report. ChartMaxx has been ranked Best in KLAS seven times.
