2006 ChartMaxx VIP Conference

  • print friendly

MedPlus hosts an annual ChartMaxx VIP Conference to provide our customers with educational information and networking opportunities. Customers are able to meet face-to-face and exchange ideas with their peers and MedPlus executives. This forum also provides the opportunity to learn and share unique solutions, and provide valuable feedback to help MedPlus improve our ChartMaxx solution and services. The ideas shared and lessons learned at the conference assist MedPlus, our customers and potential customers with our shared common goal—to improve patient care and maximize business results.

This year’s 2006 ChartMaxx VIP Conference was a huge success with record-breaking attendance. The conference was held September 17 – 19, 2006 at the Easton Hilton in Columbus, Ohio. The 5-star Hilton Columbus Hotel provided an ideal location situated between the Columbus International Airport and a state-of-the-art outdoor mall with a variety of shopping, entertainment and restaurants, as well as provided a unique opportunity to tour one of our award-winning hospital sites, Mount Carmel Health System, a three-hospital IDN. Mount Carmel provided an educational site tour of their hospital during the showcasing the utilization of ChartMaxx in Health Information Management, Patient Financial Services, Physician Portal, Registration and ROI.

In its second year, our customer appreciation awards were announced during the ChartMaxx VIP Conference. The Innovator Award recognizes customers that have realized the full potential of ChartMaxx and have explored unique and innovative applications and documented the return on their MedPlus investment. The Ambassador Award recognizes customers that have willingly shared their ChartMaxx experiences with others within the industry, touting the benefits of ChartMaxx. Winners are chosen by our MedPlus executive committee from nominations and applications received throughout a one-year period.

During the 2006 ChartMaxx VIP Conference, Phil Present, our Chief Operating Officer at MedPlus, announced the winners of our 2006 customer appreciation awards.
