Care360™ Physician Portal reduces your dependency on paper charts, the phone and fax machine. Spend less time performing redundant tasks such as manually completing lab requisitions, going to the chart for patient history requests, running back and forth to the fax machine, and responding to phone calls from pharmacies.

The electronic lab ordering functionality provides all the information required to complete a Quest Diagnostics lab order – specimen type, test selection, diagnosis code and billing information, providing a simple lab ordering process that takes as little as 10-15 seconds.

Also, no need to hand-write requisitions because Care360™ Physician Portal prints all forms and labels automatically - requisitions, specimen handling requirements, ABNs and specimen labels.

Orders may be started by any staff member, put on hold, and completed at any time. Online lab ordering features allow staff to view standing orders, orders on hold, and know if a patient has completed his/her testing at a Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center. Changes to lab orders may be made electronically, and Supplies can be ordered online as well.*

And, you can access results and know the status of labs, without going to the chart, or calling Quest Diagnostics.

The e-prescribing module gets you off the phone and away from the faxing back and forth with pharmacies; while reducing the number of chart pulls you do to verify prescription orders or history.

You can even use the Care360™ Physician Portal to forward lab results, prescription history, allergies and messages to any other Care360 Physician Portal user within or outside of your practice.
