Care360 Data Exchange

The exchange of patient information has become a critical initiative in today’s healthcare delivery environment. Clinicians within the hospital setting and in the ambulatory world are being encouraged, via ARRA (HITECH) incentives, to establish networks through which patient data – from lab results to discharge summaries – can be sent, where and when providers and other stakeholders need it.

Your organization’s entry into clinical data exchange networking does not have to be disruptive or difficult. The Care360 Data Exchange does not require you to replace existing technologies. Designed to work with disparate systems, the suite of clinical data exchange solutions will integrate with your current infrastructure.

How does the Care360 Data Exchange work?

Care360 Data Exchange is designed to both push and pull data in and out of your information systems, allowing clinicians to access both the inpatient and outpatient worlds and input new data as required. The result is shared access to the complete patient data record.

Care360 enables the exchange of data through:
  • Ambulatory EHRs, including Care360 EHR
  • a connected Hospital Information System or an embedded HIE viewer
  • Edge servers or appliances
  • connected private hubs or exchanges
  • VPN or secured Web services
