Recruitment Process
MedPlus® is an innovative company and we emphasize the value of our people. We offer flex-time, a casual work environment and a benefits package that surpasses what most companies have to offer.
If you would like to join the MedPlus team, please review the following steps:
- To apply for any position with MedPlus, please apply directly to one of the positions listed in the Open Positions section.
- The MedPlus recruiter will get in touch with you to conduct a pre-screen of your qualifications for the position for which you have applied. If the recruiter determines that you are a fit for the position based on this pre-screening, your resume will be forwarded to the hiring manager.
- The hiring manager will review all resumes submitted by the recruiter and contact the candidates directly to conduct further interviews. An employment application is required prior to any further interviews.
- Once the interviews are completed and the hiring manager has made a decision, you will be contacted by MedPlus.
In the event you do not hear back from someone at MedPlus within two weeks of your interview, please send an email to the recruiter at jobs@medplus.com containing your name, the position you interviewed for and the date of your interview. The recruiter will follow-up on your inquiry and get back to you with a status update.
