Philip S. Present II

Chief Operating Officer

Philip S. Present II joined MedPlus in April 1995 as Vice President of Corporate Development. In 1996, Mr. Present was named Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Present's primary areas of responsibility include oversight of the sales, marketing, business development, professional services and corporate functions at MedPlus.

From September 1973 to March 1995, Mr. Present was employed by the certified public accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. From 1993 to 1995 he served as the Partner-in-Charge of the Information, Communication and Entertainment Practice for the Ohio Valley and Southeast regions of the United States. From 1987 to 1993, Mr. Present was Partner-in-charge of the Audit Practice - Cincinnati.

Mr. Present received his BS degree in Marketing and MBA degree in Management from Miami University.
