Responsible for assisting customers in implementing ChartMaxx, including providing best-practice consultation advice, building system files and designing workflow maps.
Principle Responsibilities:
Performs current state and future state operational analysis which is used to assist in building the customer’s ChartMaxx system.
Designs, tests and implements workflow automation maps using ChartMaxx design toolkit.
Assists customers with system testing in preparation for go-live events.
Provides both on-site and remote go-live event support.
Provides second tier support for Technical Support Team on questions regarding ChartMaxx functionality and workflow support.
