ChartMaxx Application Consultant

 

Job Summary

Responsible for assisting customers in implementing ChartMaxx, including providing best-practice consultation advice, building system files and designing workflow maps.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Performs current state and future state operational analysis which is used to assist in building the customer’s ChartMaxx system.
  • Designs, tests and implements workflow automation maps using ChartMaxx design toolkit.
  • Assists customers with system testing in preparation for go-live events.
  • Provides both on-site and remote go-live event support.
  • Provides second tier support for Technical Support Team on questions regarding ChartMaxx functionality and workflow support.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Oral and written communication.
  • Ability to work with multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Able to provide one-on-one training to customers.
  • Basic software design and/or workflow automation design skills.
  • Process and business analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 
  • Credentialed RHIA or RHIT desired but not required.
  • Minimum of 2years experience in a hospital environment, preferably in a PFS or HIM department.
  • Software development, using applications such as Visual Basic.
  • Microsoft Office applications, including Visio.
  • Must be willing to travel. (60% nationwide travel)
