Centergy Clinical Portal

MedPlus Clinical Portal is the Web interface component of the data exchange platform. Designed to facilitate clinician access to the complete patient record, Clinical Portal is a user-friendly dashboard or “viewer” that pulls relevant patient data from sources connected to the data exchange system, and pushes data sent by clinicians to other connected users in the care community. The result is patient data where and when it’s needed.

Regardless of where the information resides, the Centergy Clinical Portal provides one location for all data access and clinical activities. Clinicians are able to:
