Care360™ Vendor Certification Program

Care360™ Vendor Certification Program offers provider technology vendors the opportunity to certify their EMR and technology solutions on the Quest Diagnostics Care360™ Data Exchange Services (HUB).

As adoption of EMRs continues to increase, so does the importance of lab connectivity. Physicians nationwide who do business with Quest Diagnostics are looking for the most streamlined and efficient method for ordering and receiving lab results through their EMRs. Care360 Certification provides physicians with the confidence that their EMR solution will deliver complete and accurate laboratory connectivity.

Each level of Care360™ Certification – Certified, Silver and Gold – requires a solution meet certain technological and functional criteria. All vendor solutions must pass the Care360™ Data Exchange Services development and certification processes to determine their respective level. The more robust the information and seamless the data interchange between the solution and Quest Diagnostics, the higher the level of certification.

	Vendors that provide basic results only connectivity to Quest Diagnostics, using the Care360™ Data Exchange Services, are eligible for Certified Partner status. Click here to see a list of these partners.
	Silver Care360 Certified vendors provide an orders-and-results interface to Quest Diagnostics; providing additional value to providers over basic Certification. Click here to see a list of these partners.
